After leaving school I went to university to do a degree in industrial design. I developed a passion for good design that is practical and works for people. I learned a lot during this time and took a welding course in my spare time to expand my capabilities and learn how to work with heavy industrial machines.  After university my first job was in the design and construction of motor homes and commercial cabinetry. This is where I developed my CAD programing skills which required training in the US. I was then fortunate to get an opportunity to work as part of a team designing amphibious vehicles and a very unique V8 motorbike. 

 

I then spent several years designing high end unique cabinetry until I branched out on my own setting up Bowla Design. I thoroughly enjoy running my own business and helping my customers turn their ideas into reality
